SAP CRM include the campaign tool but It has a week point of campaign design. Samsung developed in-house solution to manage email template easily , to analysis campaign result , to execute follow up campaign with integration of SAP CRM.
Customer data will be get from SAP CRM for the target segment .
I developed base on Visual studio .NET and Sap connector of .Net, which has good environment to use SAP CRM and to execute Campaign.
